Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes for a Monday to Friday rotating shift (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). This full-time role involves picking stock, loading pallets, and ensuring accurate, safe stock movement, while working with a reliable team.

You’ll help maintain high health and safety and housekeeping standards, and communicate with Team Leaders and Managers.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s.
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and communicate with team leaders.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Salary: £27176.70 per annum

What you'll be doing:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
