Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Worksop operation. You will lead a team of warehouse colleagues, drive productivity and ensure health and safety standards are met daily.

In this role you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while ensuring customer service standards and operational targets are achieved in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Fri days 06:00am-14:00pm / 14:00pm-22:0pm.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Team leader or supervisory experience in similar environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of around warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance; ensure processes and records are accurate.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication; keep colleagues informed and focused.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received and made available efficiently.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and progression.
• Support people processes, including investigations and disciplinary matters, per company procedures.

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Worksop operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.
