Job summary

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) operates a Milton Keynes beverage warehouse and seeks a Warehouse Operative for Monday to Friday nights. You will pick stock, load pallets, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role runs 22:00–06:00, 37.5 hours weekly; the salary is £26,740 per year with overtime after contracted hours.

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday Nights, 22:00 to 06:00, 37.5 hours per week

Salary:£26,740.10 per annum plus overtime paid after weekly contracted hours at time and a third

What you'll be doing:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
