Job summary

Saab UK's Stores Operative role involves receiving and processing stock, picking orders, packing and shipping, and organising stock in the stores area. You will ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and storage, while adhering to safety guidelines and KPI reporting.

The role requires experience in warehousing, working at height, and familiarity with ERP systems. Applicants should be enthusiastic, hardworking, and quick to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/store environments.
• Ability to work at height.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Forklift experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials and process them in line with MRP.
• Pick work and sales orders according to picking lists.
• Label and pack stock to ensure identifiability and prevent contamination/damage.
• Perform stock movements, maintain cleanliness and safe storage in stores area.
• Record daily KPI and product/location updates accurately.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensure packing materials are ordered to meet deadlines.
• Assist with yard organisation and waste processing as required.
