Ashton Recruitment is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver in Belfast to join a busy logistics operation.

You’ll operate a counterbalance forklift, pick and pack orders, and help maintain safe, efficient warehouse processes on a Monday–Friday schedule with stable hours. This temporary-to-permanent role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Experience with stock control and DL training preferred.

Looking for a stable, full-time warehouse role with consistent hours and great earning potential? We're hiring a reliable Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing logistics operation.

If you're experienced, hands‑on, and confident operating a counterbalance forklift, this could be the perfect next step.

Location: Belfast
Salary: £27,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:
