Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Purfleet-on-Thames to move goods safely, support deliveries and maintain an organised warehouse. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with 40 hours per week and a pathway to permanent employment after 13 weeks.

Applicants should hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and have prior warehouse experience, with a strong focus on health and safety practices and physical capability for a busy warehouse position.

Qualifications

Keeping a busy warehouse moving safely and efficiently depends on skilled people who know how to handle stock properly and keep operations on track. As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation while securing consistent Monday-to-Friday work with the opportunity to become permanent after 13 weeks.

You'll join an established warehouse operation where you'll be trusted to move goods safely, support incoming and outgoing deliveries and help maintain an organised working environment.

• Ability to carry out the physical requirements of a busy warehouse position
