Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse & FLT Operatives in Bristol. The role combines warehouse duties with FLT operation, with in-house FLT refresher training to refresh licences and build confidence. Immediate starts, full-time shifts, and potential for a permanent contract are offered in a growing, supportive team.

The position covers days and nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with ongoing work including the busy Christmas period and competitive overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse experience.
• FLT experience preferred or need refresher.

Responsibilities

• Operate an FLT when required.
• Pick and prepare orders.
• Load and unload stock.

We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a busy warehouse team producing high-quality chilled sauces and soups for major UK retailers.

This role combines warehouse duties with FLT operation, making it ideal for candidates who already have some FLT experience and want to develop their skills further. Full in-house FLT refresher training is available, giving you the opportunity to update your licence and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

immediate starts available, regular full-time shifts, and the

Pay Rates

• Days: £15.00 per hour
• Nights: £16.00 per hour
• Overtime Days: £18.75 per hour
• Overtime Nights: £20 per hour

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

This is a varied role, with a mix of warehouse and FLT responsibilities throughout the shift.

Duties include:

• Operating an FLT when required
• Picking and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading stock
• Stock movement and replenishment
• Goods-in and warehouse duties
• Supporting production and warehouse operations

Some shifts may involve more FLT work, while others will focus on warehouse activities, providing a varied and active working environment.
