Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse & FLT Operatives in Bristol. The role combines warehouse duties with FLT operation, with in-house FLT refresher training to refresh licences and build confidence. Immediate starts, full-time shifts, and potential for a permanent contract are offered in a growing, supportive team.

The position covers days and nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with ongoing work including the busy Christmas period and competitive overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse experience.
• FLT experience preferred or need refresher.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork and reliability essential.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate an FLT when required.
• Pick and prepare orders.
• Load and unload stock.
• Move and replenish stock in the warehouse.
• Manage goods-in and general warehouse duties.
• Support production and warehouse operations.
