Job summary

Novara People Ltd. is seeking an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative for a busy distribution environment in Shipley. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT, assist with loading/unloading, stock movement, and picking/packing to dispatch orders.

The role supports day-to-day warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The position involves manual handling, working in a fast-paced setting, and requires reliable attendance and good communication within a team.

Qualifications

• FLT experience is essential
• In-date FLT licence not required but must be confident operating an FLT
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Good attention to detail when picking and handling stock
• Able to perform manual handling duties
• Must work well in a busy warehouse
• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Our client is a well-established business based in Shipley, specialising in the supply and distribution of products to customers across the UK. They operate a busy warehouse environment and are looking for an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative to support their day-to-day operation.

This is a hands-on role, so you will be expected to support with general warehouse duties as well as operating the FLT.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 11:15am-8:00pm whilst training.

Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely within the warehouse

Skills:
