FLT Counterbalance / General Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced warehouse operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence looking for reliable weekday work? We’re currently recruiting for a busy warehouse team, offering consistent Monday-to-Friday shifts and daytime hours.

The Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position where you’ll carry out a range of duties across the site, with Counterbalance FLT driving required when needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include picking and preparing orders, moving and storing stock, loading and unloading incoming deliveries, and helping to keep the warehouse organised and operating safely.

You’ll also operate a Counterbalance Forklift to transport goods around the warehouse and assist with the movement of stock and deliveries.

Duration: Ongoing work with potential for a long-term position

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you’ll need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT is advantageous
• Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and general warehouse duties
• Reliable, hardworking and positive approach
