Job summary

Total Employment Ltd. is recruiting a Factory and Warehouse Operative for a Despatch role in the East Harling area. You will be the final checkpoint, ensuring orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, on a permanent basis, with a supportive team and a focus on health and safety.

You’ll handle stock, packing, courier coordination, returns liaison, and routine stock checks, while supporting the wider team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collating, picking, and packing customer orders against email and despatch notes.
• Packing items for stock as required.
• Placing completed orders at the correct collection points.

• Franking and bagging Royal Mail post.
• Liaising with the Sales team on returns and stock issues.
• Loading and unloading deliveries, including greenhouse parts.
• Completing regular stock checks.
• Answering the phone and intercom, and supporting the wider team as required.

Our client is a well established manufacturer known for producing some of the best quality products on the market. They are looking for a reliable Factory and Warehouse Operative to join their Despatch team.

You’ll be the final checkpoint before an order leaves the building, picking, packing, and despatching customer and stock orders accurately and on time.
