Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Morrisons fulfilment centre at Swan Valley. This permanent, full-time role reports to the site management team and features a 4 on/4 off day pattern (06:00-18:00).

You will be picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment, handling to loading and unloading, and keeping the warehouse tidy. Training is provided and prior warehouse experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy.
• Warehouse experience preferred; training provided.
• Willing to work rotational shifts and 4-on 4-off.
• Willing to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Experience operating MHE is desirable.
• Day shift 6:00-18:00 availability.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands‑onwith manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• Generalhousekeeping of the warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previouswarehouse experience is a plus but not a deal‑breaker. Training is provided!
• Happy towork rotational shifts

• Happy towork in a temperature control warehouse
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) ( desirable)
• Is looking for a day shift 6:00 -18:00
