Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence for a busy manufacturing site in Heckington. This is a hands-on role within warehousing and production, with duties spanning forklift operation, loading/unloading, stock movement and dispatch preparation.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with 60 hours per week (two 30 minute breaks). Hourly pay is £13.25, rising to £16.56 after 48 hours, with up to £800 per week and 28 days’ annual leave pro-rated.

Qualifications

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move stock and materials.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and established manufacturing business based in Heckington.

This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role within a production environment, offering an opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking to become part of an established team.

Working within the warehouse and production operation, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move and transport stock and materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Moving goods between warehouse and production areas.
• Picking, preparing and organising stock for dispatch.
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
