Culina Group in Haverhill is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced setting. You will be hands-on, picking stock and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement as part of a dependable team.

The role is full-time with 12-hour Night shifts 19:00–07:00 on a 4 on 4 off pattern, including weekends, in a chilled environment (2–4°C). Competitive annual salary plus performance-based bonuses could boost earnings.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse.
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £32,322.68 per annum

On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance

We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £32,322.68
