Great Bear in Haverhill is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support our Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced chilled environment. You will handle stock picking, ensure accurate orders and maintain safety and housekeeping standards as part of a supportive team.

The role runs on 12-hour shifts in a 4-on 4-off pattern, with days and nights. Salary is £31,198 per annum, plus performance bonuses up to £1,200 per month for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse.

• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends. Shifts will be 4 Days on (07:00 - 19:00), 4 Off, 4 Nights On (19:00 - 07:00), 4 Off.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £31,198. per annumOn top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What you'll be doing:
