Culina is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the Haverhill site to support our Night Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced chilled warehouse. You will play a key part in picking stock, ensuring accuracy, and keeping stock moving safely as part of a dependable team.

The role operates 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00) on a 4-on, 4-off rota, including weekends, with temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees. Salary is £32,322.68 per year plus performance bonuses up to £1,200 per month for high

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and contribute to accurate orders.
• Load and unload stock and pick items for orders in a chilled environment.
• Use RF scanning to confirm pallets and track stock movement.
• Assemble customer orders from order profiles and ensure correct quantities.
• Maintain health and safety standards and clean, orderly work areas.
• Support the team to keep stock moving safely and efficiently.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £32,322.68 per annum On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £32,322.68
