Job summary

Culina Chilled and Fresh is hiring for a Warehouse role at Aylesford. The position offers a £30,970 annual salary and 42 paid hours per week, with overtime paid at time and a half and a pick bonus potential of up to £1,200 per month for high performers.

The role is in a chilled warehouse around 3°C. You will join a team focused on accuracy, safety and delivering for customers, with a 4-on/4-off rota including weekends.

• Picking customer orders accurately within our chilled warehouse.

07:00–19:00 | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, including weekends as the rota falls
Permanent | Full-Time
Overtime paid at time and a half
Performance bonus earning potential of up to £1,200 extra per month

You’ll receive a £30,970 annual salary (equivalent to £14.18 per hour based on 42 paid hours per week), with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime paid at time and a half and our performance-based Pick Bonus, with earning potential of up to an additional £1,200 per month for high performers.

The role is based within our chilled warehouse, operating at approximately 3°C, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in keeping our customer orders moving safely, accurately and on time.

Your day will include:

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you'll have:

• Recent experience in a warehouse or similar fast‑paced environment
• The confidence to work towards clear targets and KPIs
• PPT experience, although this is desirable rather than essential
• Good communication skills
• Good numerical accuracy
• A strong approach to safety and quality
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• The ability to work effectively in a chilled environment
