Job summary

Culina Group in Haverhill is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support the Pick operation in a modern, chilled environment. This full-time role involves hands-on stock picking, loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate orders while working as part of a dependable team.

You'll rotate 4 on/4 off with 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00) including weekends, in a temp 2-4°C warehouse. Salary around £31,198 per year with performance bonuses up to £1,200 monthly for high performers.

• Confidently work to clear targets and KPIs, delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends. Shifts will be 4 Days on (07:00-19:00), 4 Off, 4 Nights On (19:00-07:00), 4 Off.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £31,198. per annum

On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers
