Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Telford is seeking full-time, permanent Multi task Warehouse Operatives to join a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00). The role involves receiving, picking, packing and delivering stock, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will work Monday to Friday with the possibility of five from seven days as required. Roles require personal security clearance as part of site requirements. Benefits include 24 days leave, pension, dental insurance, and more.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full time, permanent Multi task Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford (TF17LL).

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. This role is predominantly working Monday to Friday; however, you will be contracted to work any 5 from 7 days when required.

Please note: In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance.

• Shift premium paid £3.37 per hour between 18:00 - 06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You’ll receive, pick, pack, and deliver stock efficiently while keeping safety first!
• Keep warehouse inventory accurate through cycle counts and stock checks
• Complete data input and admin tasks to support smooth daily operations
• Work as part of a motivated team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when handling stock, documentation, and data
• Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high service standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to work independently when required
• Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are advantageous, although full training will be provided
