Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in Wisbech is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy operations team. This full-time on-site role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm shift, with a paid 30-minute break, and opportunities to develop practical skills in stock control, order processing, and logistics.

You will handle picking, packing, stock checks, deliveries, and shipping documentation, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum previous warehouse experience.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing stock levels, inventory control, and supporting stock takes
• Receiving deliveries and organising goods into the correct warehouse locations
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques and lifting equipment
• Supporting e-commerce fulfilment processes from start to finish
• Scheduling shipments and maintaining shipping documentation
• Updating records and reports using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Dismantling telecommunications equipment and preparing items for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Providing general support to the warehouse and administration teams
• Travelling to other sites when required

Warehouse Operative to join their busy operations team in Wisbech.

• FLT Counterbalance Licence
