Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy Northampton site. This hands-on role involves loading/unloading, building pallets, picking and packing, and keeping the workspace clean and compliant with safety procedures.

The position is physically demanding, with most tasks requiring heavy lifting. A Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work across shifts is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately.
• Work across multiple production roles as required.

Warehouse Operative

Shift Times: 07:30-16:00 Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour | FLT licence is desirable but not essential.

Our client based in Northampton is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team based in the Warehouse.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operatives to support our Warehouse Operations team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

• Loading and unloading materials from and to containers.
• Building pallets
• Picking and packing
• General housekeeping duties
• Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvements

This is a highly physical role with majority of the work being very heavy lifting, you will be on your feet all day and will be working between various different areas of the warehouse.

FLT Counterbalance Licence is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
