GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative for Avonmouth. This full-time permanent role involves operating MHE (HLOP, VNA, Reach Truck and Counterbalance) to keep the warehouse moving, handling picking and despatching orders, and loading/unloading trailers.
Training and safety equipment are provided to ensure a safe, efficient workplace. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-performing team committed to safety and accuracy, with shifts including 3 on/3 off, 4 on/3 off, or 5 days out of 7.

As a key member of our MHE team, you’ll help keep one of the world’s leading logistics networks moving efficiently. Some roles—especially HLOP—require working at height. Full training and safety equipment are provided, and you’ll always have the support you need to feel confident and safe.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a range of shift patterns available:
3 on, 3 off (Rolling Rotation) – 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00
4 on, 3 off (Fixed Shift) – 11:00-21:30 or 19:00-05:30
5 days out of 7 (Rotating Schedule) – 12:00-20:30 or 21:30-06:00
