Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our Bristol team supporting EDF. You will work Monday to Friday with an 8.5-hour shift within a 06:00–18:00 window, making flexibility essential.

You’ll be part of a strong team where you are valued and provided with extensive training opportunities, with a focus on safety and accuracy in every task. This is a rewarding role in a growing global logistics company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment background checks.
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and support colleagues in achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE to unload and load deliveries into floor and racking locations – full training provided.
• Champion a safety-first mindset by actively engaging in safety initiatives and maintaining high standards across all tasks.
• Manage inventory and deliveries using scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Consistently meet KPIs in safety, quality, performance, and service by taking pride in precision and operational excellence.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours between 06:00 and 18:00 therefore flexibility is essential.
