Culina Group Limited in Bristol is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our Nights Pick operation in a fast-paced, chilled environment. This hands-on role involves picking stock, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while working 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern.

The role requires comfort in a temperature-controlled setting (2–4°C) and a proactive approach to meeting KPI targets and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

• Ensure the correct quantity of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary

Hourly rate: OTE £16.38. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance

• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.Strong organisational skills.
