Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Shift Manager in the UK to lead and coordinate multiple fulfilment teams across shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships. The role covers planning staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards within a dynamic 3PL environment.

You will drive KPI performance, implement process improvements, and work in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager within a 3PL environment (essential).
• Strong customer experience; retail/ecommerce/fashion preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of WMS, ideally JDA.
• Automation experience highly desirable.
• Proactive, flexible, and highly organised.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods The role offers an annual salary up to £42,000 depending on skills and experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.
