Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for Sainsbury's Tamworth to support a busy operation. This full-time, permanent role covers nights (22:00–06:00) across any 5 days from 7, with training provided and a strong benefits package.

You will pick orders using headset voice-picking, load pallets or cages, operate MHE (Reach Truck/PPT/LLOP) and perform general warehouse tasks as required. Salary reflects £15.23 per hour with weekend night premiums.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills and work with warehouse equipment, with full training provided.
• Flexibility to support different areas of the operation and adapt to changing priorities.
• The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting, pulling and pushing.
• Good attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a headset voice-picking system.
• Select products onto pallets or cages, items up to 15kg.
• Safely operate MHE daily, including Reach Truck, PPT or LLOP.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team and play an important part in keeping the operation running smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working any 5 days from 7 on a 22:00-06:00 shift.

Whether you have previous warehouse experience or you're looking to develop new skills, you'll receive the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Pick customer orders using a headset voice-picking system
• Pick a wide range of products onto pallets or cages, with individual items weighing up to 15kg
• Safely operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) on a daily basis, including Reach Truck, PPT or LLOP
• Carry out general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as required during your shift
