Job summary

Recruit4Staff represents a leading manufacturing client seeking a Warehouse Operative in Shawbury. The role involves daily use of an Electric Pallet Truck, stocking products, loading/unloading lorries, and performing stock checks to ensure production has the right quantities.

Training is provided for the FLT Counterbalance Licence, and IT literacy is required. Own transport is preferred due to location. Competitive hourly pay with immediate interview/start and free parking are offered.

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance Licence is highly advantageous, training provided.
• Experience with Electric Pallet Truck is desirable and provides efficiency in handling.
• It literate with basic IT skills to operate stock systems and checks.
• Familiarity with food hygiene standards and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Electric Pallet Truck daily to move goods.
• Store products in correct locations and maintain accurate stock.
• Load and unload lorries and assist with picking.
• Ensure production is stocked with correct quantities.
• Palletise goods and conduct regular stock checks.

Warehouse Operative to work in their leading facility in

Shawbury.

For the successful Warehouse Operative, our client is offering:

• £13.00 per hour - Annual salary of £32,110
• Hours 7 AM to 5.30 PM Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required
• Temporary to Permanent
• Free parking
• Immediate interview/start for the suitable candidate

The Role – Warehouse Operative:

• Use of an Electric Pallet Truck daily
• Storing of products in the correct locations
• Loading and unloading of lorries
• Picking
• Ensuring production is stocked with the correct quantity of products
• Palletising
• Stock taking / Inventory of products

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative:

• The FLT Counterbalance Licence is

highly advantageous, but our client will provide training
