GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives for our North Yorkshire sites. This role offers permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, flexible start times, and the choice of days to fit your lifestyle.
Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time positions with a focus on safe stock handling, accuracy, and teamwork. Own transport is essential due to site locations and shift patterns across Selby and Sherburn.
Join the GXO People Campus team and enjoy a new approach to warehouse work. This is not agency work - you'll be employed directly by GXO on a permanent contract with guaranteed contracted hours, flexible start times, and the freedom to choose the days that work best for you.
Our People Campus supports multiple warehouse operations across North Yorkshire, including sites in YO8 5BL, LS25 6JH and LS25 6PT.
We are recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Warehouse Operatives. Whether you're balancing family commitments, studies, another role, or simply looking for a better work-life balance, this opportunity gives you greater control over when you work. We offer flexibility around start times and working days, with contracted hours rather than a zero-hours contract.
Own transport is essential due to the location of our sites and varying shift patterns. As part of the People Campus model, candidates must be flexible to work across our Selby and Sherburn locations in line with business demand.
Candidates must be available to work a minimum shift length of 4 hours per day and be able to work within our operating window of 06:00 to 22:00.
