Job summary

GXO in the United Kingdom is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on a permanent contract with guaranteed contracted hours across Selby/Sherburn sites. You can choose days and shifts that fit your life, with flexibility and no zero-hours contracts.

Role involves picking, packing, stock handling and operating basic warehouse equipment, with a minimum 4-hour shift and a 06:00–22:00 operating window. Own transport is essential due to site locations.

OurPeople Campus supports multiple warehouse operations across North Yorkshire, including sites in YO8 5BL, LS25 6JH and LS25 6PT.

We are recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Warehouse Operatives. Whether you're balancing family commitments, studies, another role, or simply looking for a better work-life balance, this opportunity gives you greater control over when you work. We offer flexibility around start times and working days, with contracted hours rather than a zero-hours contract.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of our sites and varying shift patterns. As part of the People Campus model, candidates must be flexible to work across our Selby and Sherburn locations in line with business demand.

Candidates must be available to work a minimum shift length of 4 hours per day and be able to work within our operating window of 06:00 to 22:00.

• Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
