People Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.71), Monday to Friday shifts, and opportunities to grow within a busy warehouse.

Ideal candidates have prior experience as a Warehouse Operative or in related roles and can work fixed daytime hours. The position requires basic English, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general packing and re-packaging duties.
• Label products accurately.

• Dispatch products following SOPs.
• Scan and control stock; perform quality checks.
• Meet customer order specifics in a timely manner.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Warehouse Operatives

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, consistent Monday to Friday working (Static days / AM shifts with room to develop and progress within a busy warehouse environment.

This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Labelling Associate or Inventory Control.

Shifts: Monday - Friday: 08.00am - 16.30pm and Monday to Friday: 06.00am - 14.00pm (Static shift)

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day to Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:

• Perform general packing / re-packaging duties
• Labelling products accurately
• Rework products as required
• Kitting and value - added service activities (VAS)
• Moving stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques (no heavy lifting)
• Dispatching products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Scanning and stock control
• Quality checks
• Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Packing Operative with our client are:

• Basic level of Englishrequired

Desirable Experience

Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is:

• Warehouse experience but not essential as full training provided
• Previous experience in E-commerce fulfilment and Value add service operations would be advantageous (labelling, rework, , bundling, etc)

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
