Job summary

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a busy site in Warwick. You will pick, pack and prepare orders, using RF scanners and assisting with goods moving in and out of the warehouse.

The role runs Monday to Friday with two shifts: 08:00-16:30 or 12:00-20:00. Pay is £12.71 per hour on site. This is a hands-on position requiring reliability, good attention to detail, and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners would be beneficial.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
• Able to commit to either shift (08:00-16:30 or 12:00-20:00).

The Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the day-to-day operation. You will be responsible for picking, packing and preparing orders, as well as helping with goods coming in and out of the warehouse.

• Using RF scanners to process stock and orders
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Shrink wrapping and palletising goods
• Preparing orders ready for dispatch
• General warehouse duties as required
