Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Ludlow on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves supporting production, moving materials, and stock checks, with opportunities for training and progression. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Ideal candidates will have warehousing experience, be reliable and able to work safely as part of a team. On-site parking is available and ongoing development is provided.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
• Moving materials, loading
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

Essential Skills
