People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation offering ongoing work, modern facilities and opportunities for development within a supportive team environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as an Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Logistics Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.89 - £14.81 per hour
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:

• Days: Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 3:00pm
• Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00pm to 3:30am

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Working within the outbound department
• Completing scanning and stock control tasks
• Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
• Meeting order requirements accurately and on time
• Carrying out general packing duties
• Carrying out general picking duties
• Handling stock safely and efficiently
• Completing occasional heavy lifting duties
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting any stock or quality issues to supervisors
