Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Harlow is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join on a full-time, permanent basis. You will pick, pack and prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely throughput.

You will safely load and unload containers, use the WMS, and contribute to goods-in and goods-out processes. The role offers a shift pattern, competitive pay and a range of employee benefits. Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and communication, team player.
• Willing to learn and flexible with shift changes.
• Willing to complete full MHE training and certification.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Pick, process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting daily productivity and service targets
• Safely load and unload containers, vehicles and trailers, and complete goods-in and goods-out activities
• Process customer returns and carry out stock handling and inventory tasks in line with warehouse procedures
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where required and follow all operational and quality standards
• Work as part of the wider warehouse team, supporting general duties, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and helping to meet business needs
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous Reach Truck and PPT experience is highly desirable, or you'll be willing to complete full MHE training and become certified
• Good attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A flexible, safety-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Here at GXO Harlow, CM19 5AW, we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on a shift pattern of, 5 days out of 7, currently Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30 - 15:30 working 40 hours per week. Due to business growth and operational requirements, working hours may be subject to change, including a transition to PM shift patterns in the future. Flexibility is essential.
