Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking enthusiastic colleagues to join the Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port. This hands-on role involves unloading, storing, and picking items, with rotation across departments and optional VNA driving training.

Full in-house training on MHE is provided and there are salary uplifts based on shifts and training level. You will unload containers, palletise items, move pallets, pick and pack to a set list, and operate MHE safely while supporting KPI targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a maximum of 25kg manually.
• Ability to meet KPI targets.
• Enthusiasm to learn a new skillset.
• Love of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and appreciation for Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Emptying containers of items and palletising them appropriately.
• Transporting pallets around the Distribution Centre, dropping them off at the correct location.
• Picking and packing items according to a set “pick list”
• Operating various MHE in line with Health and Safety requirements.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure KPI targets are met.

Are you looking to enter the world of Warehousing and Logistics? Or perhaps you already have Warehousing experience and are looking to join one of the UK’s largest retailers?

We are currently searching for enthusiastic colleagues to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are:

Various

This is a hands on, physical role, where you will be unloading, storing and picking items in and out of our Distribution Centre. You will rotate to different departments throughout your shift, so you will be trained in all aspects of warehousing work, including VNA Driving should you wish.

Various salary uplifts available depending on shift and level of training.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on various MHE.

What You’ll Be Doing
