Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Daventry site (NN6 7GX). The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching customer products with a strong focus on accuracy, safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You'll join a team on a rotating shift pattern (4 on/4 off, 6am–6pm) and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, pension contributions and employee support services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong accuracy and record-keeping
• Willing to work 4 on 4 off shifts and weekends if required

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check inbound stock against delivery documentation
• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Load/unload vehicles and move stock using MHE where authorised
• Maintain stock records and perform cycle counts in the WMS
• Adhere to health & safety requirements and keep the area clean and organized

Do you have warehouse experience and a keen eye for accuracy? Are you looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced supply chain environment?

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Highland Spring Water site to receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch customer products safely and accurately while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service and health & safety compliance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Receive, unload and check inbound stock against delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with operational procedures and quality standards
• Load and unload vehicles safely and move stock throughout the warehouse using manual handling equipment and MHE where authorised
• Complete stock transactions, cycle counts and system updates using warehouse management systems and IT equipment
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards while working safely and in accordance with all Health & Safety requirements

• Individuals with previous warehouse MHE experience who enjoy working in a busy operational environment (Essential)
