Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at Skelmersdale to support receiving, storage and dispatch operations in a busy warehouse

Typical duties include loading/unloading, picking/packing, operating MHE, and ensuring stock accuracy while following safety procedures. Training will be provided and a strong focus on teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid MHE licence for VNA or Reach Truck (in-house accepted)
• Have warehouse experience or experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Have a strong focus on safety and following procedures
• Pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Operating MHE equipment in line with training and safe systems of work
• Completing equipment checks and reporting any defects or issues
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting a safe, clean working environment

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time 37.5hrs pw)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational. 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
