Job summary

DHL is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at the Bawtry site. The role involves picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, with shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, 37.5 hours weekly. Training is provided for MHE such as HLOP or PPT, and safety is a priority.

Candidates should have prior warehouse experience, strong organisational skills, and a flexible, team-focused attitude to help meet daily targets and customer deadlines.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday Rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm- 10pm

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Bawtry site.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Load, unload, and handle stock safely, including lifting items up to 25kg
• Operate warehouse equipment such as HLOP and PPT trucks in line with safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet productivity targets and customer deadlines
