Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bridgwater is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our chilled warehouse team across a 7-day operation. The role involves picking, packing, sorting orders and handling consignments in a fast-paced environment, with training provided.

You will work any 5 days out of 7, with every third weekend off, and rotate among shifts: 14:00–22:00, 18:00–02:00, or 22:00–06:00. The pay rate starts at £26,527.60 plus shift premiums for evenings, nights and weekends.

Pay Rate: £26,527.60 + 10% shift premium for hours worked between 18:00 -00:00, 20% shift premium for hours worked between 00:00-06:00, 10% weekend premium for hours worked over the weekend

The role involves working any 5 days out of 7, with every third weekend off.

• 14:00–22:00
• 18:00–02:00
• 22:00–06:00

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker. Training is provided!
• Must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures.
