Job summary

Pertemps Crawley is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy site in Crawley. You will support daily warehouse operations, helping to process stock and ensure orders are ready for despatch on time.

This role suits someone dependable with good numeracy, able to work in a busy, physical environment, and willing to follow processes and daily deadlines. Training is provided and a welcoming team awaits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading vehicles and checking deliveries against paperwork
• Store incoming stock in the correct locations
• Pick items using pick lists or scanning equipment
• Pack orders securely and label them for despatch
• Carry out routine stock checks and highlight discrepancies
• Move goods safely around the warehouse using approved methods
• Support colleagues with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety
