The Best Connection is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Newhaven with a reliable, detail-focused approach to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, dispatching, and stock control in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided for warehouse systems and scanners; candidates should be available for consistent weekday shifts and have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets.
• Reworking orders and packaging them into the correct SKUs.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
• Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
• Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Using warehouse systems and scanners (training provided).

Warehouse Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 07:30 - 16:00

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to assist our client in Newhaven. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets.
• Reworking orders and packaging them into the correct SKUs
• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
• Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
• Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Using warehouse systems and scanners (training provided).

Preferable for this position but not essential

• Forklift experience
• Access to own vehicle
