Job summary

Kramp in Biggleswade is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the outbound shift, with full or part-time hours between 2pm and 10pm, initially a 6-month contract with view to permanent. You will perform general duties: receiving, picking and packing orders, operate warehouse machinery, conduct inventory checks, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

A strong communicator who works well in a team and understands health and safety protocols.

Position : Warehouse Operative
Location : Biggleswade

Hours: Full and part time available between 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday.

What is your role?

As a warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day to day running of our Outbound shift. Ensuring all customer orders are met maximizing efficiency and quality.

You will be responsible for making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.

Our ideal warehouse operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. Warehouse operatives are punctual, reliable and keen to develop within their role, a basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities will include:
