Job summary

Kramp U.K. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Biggleswade for an initial 6-month contract with a view to becoming permanent.

The role is part of the outbound shift, with both full-time and part-time hours available from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. You will help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, operate warehouse machinery safely, and collaborate with the team to meet targets while maintaining health and safety standards.

Position: Warehouse Operative Location: Biggleswade Hours: Full and part time available between 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday.

What is your role? As a warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day to day running of our Outbound shift. Ensuring all customer orders are met maximizing efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly. Our ideal warehouse operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. Warehouse operatives are punctual, reliable and keen to develop within their role, a basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, and packing orders.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet targets and deadlines. Follow company procedures, ensuring that best practices are observed, and safe systems of work are being followed at all times.
