Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and distribution operation at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will scan goods, record stock movements, and assist with goods-in/out while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility for late shifts. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and handheld scanner use is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Reliable attendance and availability for late shifts.
