Job summary

Elevation People Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading parcel handling site at Magna Park, Lutterworth. You will join a fast-paced distribution operation and support loading, scanning, sorting, and moving parcels with accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Experience using handheld scanners or RF scanning equipment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Numerate and literate with the ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of handling parcels throughout the working shift.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Process parcels accurately using handheld scanning devices.
