Job summary

Vitabiotics in Hemel Hempstead is hiring two Operations Support Coordinators to back the warehouse operation with day-to-day planning, admin tasks and coordination across teams. You will maintain accurate records, support workload planning and ensure timely follow-through of actions.

These roles require strong organisational and IT skills, including Excel and SAP familiarity, and a collaborative approach to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Organisational capabilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to warehouse teams.
• Maintain operational records, documents and reports.
• Update order status and communicate outstanding actions.
• Support stock allocation, returns processing and housekeeping of open items.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure timely reporting.
