Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a temporary-to-permanent role. You will oversee warehouse staff, allocate daily workloads, and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will maintain stock records, support stock counts, manage warehouse supplies and check equipment safety (PPT, VNA, forklift). The role includes yard hygiene and compliance with health & safety regulations, with rotational shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily workloads.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle parcel carrier shipments and pick/pack processes.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support stock counts.
• Manage warehouse supplies and resources and yard hygiene.
• Check motorised equipment and report nonconformance.
