Job summary

Ethero Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Wolverhampton to supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and coordinate with head office to meet project needs. The role focuses on improving efficiency, enforcing health and safety, and ensuring accurate asset handling from receipt to dispatch.

You will oversee loading/unloading, storage optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong team ethos and English communication. A forklift qualification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or motivating team members toward a common goal.
• Experience leading implementation of organisational efficiencies and operations.
• Problem-solving mindset and resilience in challenging situations.
• Strong work ethic and proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Team-oriented with good communication in English.
• Able to bend, stoop, walk and stand for long periods; capable of climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• Must be able to move and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team on a day-to-day basis and delegate tasks while solving operational and quality issues.
• Plan equipment collations for delivery and coordinate with head office project management to meet needs.
• Promote continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency and safety.
• Follow and promote health and safety procedures for welfare of all.
• Scan assets into internal systems and monitor movements of equipment.
• Assist with unloading and loading vehicles and prepping for dispatch.
