Absolute Sales in Weybridge, Surrey, is hiring a Nightshift Warehouse Operative with Reach or Counterbalance FLT experience. You will receive and dispatch goods, pick customer orders, load and unload vehicles, and maintain stock locations on a permanent night shift.

The role offers a £31,000 basic salary, discretionary bonus, on-site parking, a company pension and training opportunities. Overtime on Fridays is available and paid; there is no regular weekend working.

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £31,000 basic competitive annual discretionary bonus benefits
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30pm-7:00am
Friday 5:00pm-11:00pm available as optional overtime

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established distributor of thermoplastic sheet, rod and tubing and forms part of a major global acrylic manufacturing group.

They are looking for an experienced Nightshift Warehouse Operative to join their established Weybridge team.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a business known for its experienced workforce and low staff turnover.

The Role

• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Trucks
• Moving and storing materials safely
• Stock control and stock movements
• Carrying out quality checks
• Reporting damaged or incorrect stock
• Maintaining accurate warehouse locations
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a busy warehouse or distribution environment
• Reach or Counterbalance FLT experience is essential
• Current forklift licence preferred
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts
• Experience within a high-volume picking environment
• Reliable and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong awareness of warehouse Health & Safety

Experience operating Schelling cutting saws or similar machinery would be advantageous but is not essential.
