Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd in Bradford is seeking an Operations Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will oversee returns movement and ensure seamless flow across departments, delivering delivery excellence for our major retail clients on a permanent, 2pm–10pm shift.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Team Managers, drive performance, develop talent, and maintain high standards, implementing SOPs to drive consistency and continuous improvement across all

About The Role

Bring your logistics expertise to a fast-paced, high-volume operation where precision, performance, and leadership matter. As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee our returns movement, ensuring seamless flow across departments and delivery excellence for our high-profile retail clients. This is a permanent position based at our warehouse in Bradford, working across our Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm shift. As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently meeting the expectations of our high-profile customers and keeping performance on track.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll receive strategic support while leading a team of Team Managers across warehouse and distribution functions. You'll be responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and maintaining high operational standards across all logistics processes.

• Championing a safe working environment, ensuring all activities align with Health & Safety policies and are treated as a top priority
• Taking daily ownership of direct operational costs, contributing to the overall P&L performance
• Leading and managing the Operations team in your department, providing clear direction, support, and development.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing Standard Operating Procedures to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational activities
• Overseeing and resolving warehouse-related queries within the Operations area
